Google Play Direct Carrier Billing Terms of Service
1. You must be using Telkomsel carrier's network (2G/3G), not wireless for the initial authentication. However, the download can be done over WiFi.
2. You must purchase from Google Play on your device, not on the web.
3. Your device must be provisioned for use with direct carrier billing
4. App purchase and/or in-app purchase is made in Indonesian Rupiah currency (IDR)
5. You are allowed to purchase UP to a maximum of IDR 2,000,000 worth of Google Play items per month.
6. There will be additional data charges when accessing Google Play Store and downloading application from Google Play Store. In addition, your Internet quota will be decreased due to downloading the application from Google Play, unless you use WiFi for downloading the application.
7. There will be additional charge 10% for Tax and 2% for Service charge, for any application that you purchase.
8. Telkomsel assumes that the usage of Google Play account, username and password, for purchasing application is used by customer.
9. Telkomsel could not guarantee that Google Play Store will be accessible or will not be interrupted, always on time, safe, exempt from error, and robust.

Google Play Direct Carrier Billing Syarat dan Ketentuan
1. Kamu harus menggunakan jaringan Telkomsel saat proses pembelian. Download aplikasi bisa dilakukan melalui WiFi.
2. Kamu harus membeli aplikasi melalui Google Play yang terdapat dalam smartphone atau tablet kamu, bukan melalui website.
3. Smartphone atau Tablet kamu harus menggunakan jaringan Telkomsel.
4. Pembelian aplikasi dan/atau in-app dalam mata uang Rupiah.
5. Pembelian aplikasi atau buku elektronik melalui Google Play, untuk setiap bulannya maksimum mencapai Rp 2,000,000.
6. Kamu akan terkena biaya penggunaan data ketika akses ke Google Play dan download aplikasi yang dibeli melalui Google Play Store. Selain itu, apabila kamu menggunakan paket Internet yang menggunakan kuota, maka kuota kamu akan berkurang ketika mendownload aplikasi dari Google Play Store, kecuali kamu mendownload aplikasi melalui WiFi.
7. Untuk setiap pembelian aplikasi akan terkena beban pajak (PPN) sebesar 10% dan biaya jasa sebesar 2%.
8. Telkomsel mengasumsikan penggunaan akun Google Play Store, username dan password, untuk pembelian aplikasi adalah dilakukan oleh kamu.
9. Telkomsel tidak menjamin bahwa Google Play Store selalu bisa diakses atau akan selalu tepat waktu, aman, bebas kesalahan, dan dapat diandalkan.
